Food at the wedding reception was very tasty especially the starter
The bar staff were slow, incompetent and clearly inexperienced. Very frustrating.

I almost thought i could leave a decent review, but the breakfast service was a disaster, and cold burnt toast was the highlight. But instead, the so-called 'normal' guests seemed to get more attention. Absolutely appalling service, very disappointing overall.

Very good facilities, food was good and menu suitable for a wide range of tastes.
The room was very warm even with heating off and windows open.

I ate at a beautiful restaurant with very nice dishes. The location was perfect and exceptionally nice, just a pleasant stroll away from Abbeylands. You could walk to shopping malls and a market

Convenient location near attractions.
The noise from the road was quite disruptive, as the window in my room couldn't shut properly, letting in both drafts and sounds. It was annoying to find that the hot water was hardly warm during my showers. The overall appearance of the room felt tired and in need of an update, detracting from the overall experience.

Simply stunning place, it was fairly clean and had hard-working staff with all staff members. Magnificent central location short walk to Clane, and the main restaurant.

Hotel is fine, lots of food options didn't get time to try the leisure centre but it looks very good.
Room service a bit slow! Room smelled a bit musty although it was very spacious

A cozy family escape!
We were welcomed warmly and received kids' snack packs upon check-in. The spacious room had a sitting area and kitchen. The kids had a blast at the pool.
Although the kids' club had a great setup, the staff there didn't engage with my children, which discouraged them from returning. It would have been nice to see more interaction.

This hotel is super well located and the parking is easy to get to. The beds were extremly comfy and i had a great night sleep. The staff at the bar could be friendlier, but the food in the oak bar was really excellnt and tasty. The receptionist was really nice and helpful.

Great Value. Clean. Good restaurant. Conveniently located next to shopping center.
No water bottles available after we checked in late. Staff was not local and had a difficult time answering local questions. Room had faint smell of smoke.
